Characteristics

  • Thermostable: roasted fruits can be baked inside and outside of cakes.
  • Universal: perfectly for pastries, crispy, biscuits, yeast cakes.
  • Spreadable – easily lubricate on the product by hand or machine.
  • Can be frozen! Roasted fruits used in products like: cakes, dumplings, donuts and other.
  • Baking stability at 200°C for 15 minutes.
